From a warren of disconnected rooms, we built a simplified the layout for this classic estate house. Among other improvements, the kitchen was relocated, the fireplace and chimney were dismantled and rebuilt, and an exterior wall was opened up with multiple French doors to overlook the new stone terrace.
As with many of our projects, many local businesses and artists contributed: Edward Pelton built the custom range hood, Oliva Tile fabricated and installed the marble backsplash and shelving, and Albion Cabinets handcrafted the kitchen cabinetry and vanities.
