A Sunroom and Porch

Our client, an interior decorator, wanted to turn an old covered screen porch into a sunroom and add an elevated deck for entertaining off of her dining room. For the sunroom, we installed two walls of Marvin casement windows and removed an old sliding glass door to open it up to the living space. The deck, supported by a series of Tuscan columns, has a unique custom railing and Ipe decking.
