This simple and elegant artist’s studio features a great room with 12’ high walls, a vaulted ceiling showcasing locally sourced antique beams, and wonderfully large Marvin windows. The client, a family friend, provided the old iron railing for the loft, all the electrical and plumbing fixtures, and the reclaimed paneled doors and countertops. When it came time to trim the interior, we offered an upgrade and donated several hundred feet of custom trim salvaged from other projects, adding even more character to this eclectic space.
