This simple yet finely detailed house was designed to serve as the caretaker’s cottage on an estate in western Albemarle County. With its copper roof, Cypress siding, and the Ipe deck on the grand porch, the house was designed to take in the surrounding beautiful mountain views. Because of its location, it is currently being used as a guest house and event space.
