Rockpile was originally hired to finish the basement into a pair of guest suites and convert a first-floor master bedroom suite into a library and music room. During morning coffee with the client, the job expanded to include: renovating most of the house, inside and out; and then, working with renowned landscape architect, Ian Robertson, transforming the yard into a beautiful park-like setting. What once was a builder-designed spec house became a home.
