This project included a major addition and an extensive remodel of the existing house. Located in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville, Rockpile added 1,400 square feet of new space to a quaint Cape Cod. The addition included a new entry and mudroom off of the carport, a gourmet kitchen overlooking a spacious family room, and master bedroom and bathroom. The client’s impeccable taste coupled with an eye for elegant simplicity resulted in this beautiful home.
